📋 Step 1: Duplicate Your Reports

First, we need to make copies of your existing reports for LoanBoss.

🤔 Which reports should I duplicate?

Select the reports you typically send to lenders:

  • 📊 Balance Sheet - Shows assets, liabilities, and equity at a specific date
  • 💰 Cash Flow Statement - Tracks money in and out over a period
  • 📅 TTM (Trailing Twelve Months) - 12-month performance summary

Navigate to Reports

Go to: Applications > Reports > All > Financial Reporting > Financial Reports

💡 Tip: Bookmark this page - you'll use it often!

Duplicate Each Report

  1. Click Edit next to your report
  2. Click Duplicate button at the top
  3. Name it "LoanBoss - [Original Name]"
  4. Click OK

🔧 Step 2: Format for LoanBoss

Now we'll adjust the duplicated reports to meet LoanBoss requirements.

Add Account Number Column

LoanBoss needs account numbers and names in separate columns:

  1. In the Columns tab, hover over Column 1
  2. Select Add Column Left
  3. Set Column Type to Account Number
