📋 Step 1: Duplicate Your Reports
First, we need to make copies of your existing reports for LoanBoss.
🤔 Which reports should I duplicate?
Select the reports you typically send to lenders:
- 📊 Balance Sheet - Shows assets, liabilities, and equity at a specific date
- 💰 Cash Flow Statement - Tracks money in and out over a period
- 📅 TTM (Trailing Twelve Months) - 12-month performance summary
Navigate to Reports
Go to: Applications > Reports > All > Financial Reporting > Financial Reports
💡 Tip: Bookmark this page - you'll use it often!
Duplicate Each Report
- Click Edit next to your report
- Click Duplicate button at the top
- Name it "LoanBoss - [Original Name]"
- Click OK
🔧 Step 2: Format for LoanBoss
Now we'll adjust the duplicated reports to meet LoanBoss requirements.
Add Account Number Column
LoanBoss needs account numbers and names in separate columns:
- In the Columns tab, hover over Column 1
- Select Add Column Left
- Set Column Type to Account Number
